Family vacation with added benefits:
Children aged 3 to 6 (born in 2020, 2021, or 2022) can ski for 6 days free of charge on the following dates and can also attend a free 4-day ski course. Requirement: a minimum of 7 nights' accommodation accompanied by an adult. All information can be found here.

A house with history
The Kaufmann House has a long history. It was first mentioned in the land register in 1801. At that time, it was a simple barn. In 1926, the house came into the possession of Angelika's grandparents, Josef Anton and Louisa Kaufmann. Ine was a hunter and farmer, and briefly even served as mayor of Mellau. Säle ran the Mellau post office as postmistress in what is now the "Gado" (=bedroom) on the ground floor until 1955. She even learned Morse code in a course in Innsbruck. Ten children grew up in this house, including Angelika's father, Gerhard. More here.
